Today, I ate lunch with some of my friends from Case and one friend is helping two others lose 30 pounds. The one helping is a personal trainer and has had some personal successes with others in the past. She's going to be a gym teacher and has a degree in Kenisiology. Lol, she asked my other two friends about their diets and she is totally making them change their lifestyle. I hope they can uphold this. Losing it won't be the hardest part but what will is maintaining the loss. My friend really opened my eyes as to some of the truths on foods. Apparently my trainer friend said that ketchup is one of the worst things in the world. It's actually healthier to eat chocolate than ketchup because ketchup is made up of rotten tomatoes + sugar + preservatives gallore!!! :) Also, it's bad to eat canned soups....they're high in potassium and sodium. It takes our bodies days sometimes to expunge these bad things out of our body while it only takes what, 5 min to finish something like that? :P *Sigh...good luck to my buddies!
On another note, school started today and I dread it. This sucks....I always have thoughts of "oh man, I wanna quit this program so bad" when I'm in class...this program is terrible....can I make it through?!?! Can I?!?!?! I feel as miserable as Cyclops below..... :(

We've had questions from Alicia and qustions for Geo...now, here are the questions coutesy of Crystal....
1. If you could have the mutant powers of any marvel character for a week what would it be? and what would you do with your new found powers? to do good or cause havoc?
Telekenisis forsure.....who wouldn't love to levitate him/herself and move objects with his/her mind? I'd try to do good with them because every boy wants to be that superhero deep down inside. Although, if you get me angry, don't cross me, or I may lash back at you and who knows when I'd throw your body or what objects I'd throw in your way in the heat of the moment! :P

Also, I'd be sexy like Jean Grey..no wait, sexier!! :)
2. If you could only have one of the five senses for a week which one would you choose to have and why? (see, hear, taste, touch or smell)
Wait does this mean I've never had ANY senses to begin with and I'd only have 1 sense for one week or does this mean I have all the senses but am reduced to 1 for only one week and I get the rest back after? My answer would be different depending on the circumstance. In the earlier scenario, I'd have to pick taste because I could not live without tasting good food for once in my life. In the latter case, I'd pick sight, becuase I wouldn't want to be blind even for a week! I could go without taste for a week but darkness is scary! :P If I never had sight, then I wouldn't be afraid of losing it! :P
3. How and where do you see yourself in 10 years? your place of residence? friends? family? relationship? (ha this is a long one)
I see myself married (hopefully by 33 I would be!!)...I'd also see myself starting fatherhood and secure and steady in a job. I'd like to think I'd still be in Calgary. My closest friends I'd like to think are my brothers and sisters at the church I'd be attending....there's just something different Christians can offer that non-Christians can't. Hopefully many of my friends--whether Christian or non--will be the ones I grew up with. I think we've all worked hard in preserving our friendship with each other. I'd hope that many of the youth in YAC now who become adults would have a strong relationship with me still at this point too. Hopefully my bros will be around in the same city as me as well as my retired parents! :)
4. As you grow older, is there any event in your life that you are dreading? (death of friends, marriage, finding a career...)
Practically all of these I dread in a way because they are scary to think of...but at the same time, that kind of scariness excites me. I think seeing the death of my aging loved ones (particularly the parents or even my wife if she died before me), would scare me the most though. There's no adrenaline rush there for me...just pure sadness.
5. If you could ask God one question and he would answer it until you were totally satisfied what would it be and why?
I'd ask Him "God, who am I to you?" I read somewhere that we all have an identity in Christ and that the Father has a name for us that could be different from our Earthly name. God renamed people in the bible (eg. Abraham, Peter, Paul, etc.)...I'd ask God who I was becuase knowing my identity in Him would break the hold of many of my insecurities. Think about it...if I ever faced problems or became afraid, I'd just remember who God said I was. If he called me "conquorer"...I'd move forward with no doubts!!!!
